Introducing the PB-1 lumbar exoskeleton

MileBot has developed the PB-1 lumbar exoskeleton for work involving repeated bending and handling tasks, including logistics, construction and manufacturing.

The device provides mechanical assistance without an electrical power supply. Chest and waist straps secure it to the wearer, and an adjustable assistance switch allows it to accommodate walking as well as work tasks.
