01 / Compliant actuators

Built-in compliance
for responsive assistance.

MileBot

A compliant actuator introduces elasticity into power transmission. Combined with force sensing and control, it regulates assistance around the interaction between the user and the device.

This actuator architecture supports active human–robot interaction in rehabilitation training.

02 / Active training

The user initiates movement.
The device assists.

A Series rehabilitation exoskeleton, complete product view

Active training incorporates the user’s own movement into device control. Different modes provide different forms of assistance according to the training plan.

Active, active-assisted and passive training involve different forms of device support; not every mode is initiated by the user.

Training modes and programs should be selected by qualified professionals for each user.

03 / Motion sensing and gait control

From motion data
to gait coordination.

We combine human movement patterns, biomechanical models and multisensor data to study motion-intent recognition and gait control. Each product configures sensing and assistance for its intended setting.

  1. 01

    Sense motion data

    Collect movement-state and interaction data.

  2. 02

    Analyze motion intent

Analyze walking rhythm using gait characteristics.

  3. 03

    Coordinate assistance

Coordinate device output with the user’s movement.

04 / Connected devices and care data

Keep a traceable record
of every training session.

Exoskeleton robots can connect to a cloud-based rehabilitation system that brings device management, training history and data visualization into care services, supporting information sharing among institutions, professionals and users.

  1. 01 / Device

    Connected devices

Connect devices to the cloud and collect training information to support device management and remote maintenance.

  2. 02 / Data

    Care data platform

View data on desktop and mobile devices, review training history, and display reports and trends.

  3. 03 / Services

    Analysis and coordination

Analyze care data to support progress reviews, quantitative assessment and research.

Platform access and available features vary by product model and institutional deployment.
